The Rules T&C's are to be accepted on booking.

Bold rules are not to be broken!

Notice: Doggyvipfield  hold public liability insurance in relation to dog walking, and use of our fields,  however we will not be held responsible for any client or pet during the use of our field.

  • We will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, injury or damage or accidents to any personal property, individuals or animals whilst using the field or whilst on the property.

  • By making a booking for our field you are automatically agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out below.  Any violation to these T &Cs will lead to removal of all future rights to use the field and future bookings.

  • This is a strictly no smoking/vaping area – please refrain from smoking/vaping until you have exited the property ·        

  • Please close all gates into the property as well as the dog enclosure.         

  • Use of the field is strictly by pre booked appointment only   

  • Bookings are in 25mins, 55mins and 1hr55min  slots and  can  only be made through the website, click field booking. 

  • All payments are to be made at time of booking through the system– the field can only be used once it has been booked and paid for.       

  • Cancellation: Bookings are non refundable but if cancelled with up to 48 hours notice, bookings can be transferred to an alternative date/time.       

  • Doggyvipfield reserves the right to withdraw permission to use the field at their discretion, Doggyvipfield will not be liable for any other expenses incurred or lost as a result of the withdrawal of use of the field.      

  • No subletting of the field is allowed.     

  • There are  toilets on site.  Although they are locked requesting the key from Doggyvip for use.  We try not to use these toilets as they are temperamental, so please try and use the wc before arrival elsewhere.     

  • Clients must discourage dogs from digging holes, and any resultant holes from your dog(s) must be filled in prior to leaving the field.         

  •  

    Multiple dogs- we have always had the rules in place for multiple house hold or groups of dogs. this is in addition to exempt dogs. 

    same household- small breeds ( toys ie chichuas dachshunds etc.) 1 handler to 3-4 dogs.

     medium breeds ie spaniels to retrievers size 1 handler to 2 dogs.    large breeds  these are doberman size, bully breeds mastiffs, Great Danes large sight hounds-  and up- 1 handler to each dog.  This is in place for the health and safety and well being of field users. 

  • Multiple households we advise 1 dog per each household handler-  if you are meeting up with several households this is strictly 1 dog to each handler.  Please contact sam for further advise- we have had v large groups of beagles/ dachshunds/ and pugs the rules applied to these. 100 dachshunds 100 handlers.

  • Dogs health, Welfare & Code of Ethics ·        

  • All dogs must be healthy and fit . if your dog or any dog it lives with is showing signs of ill health I.e. cough, diarrhea, vomiting, you must cancel your session. We reschedule and not refund.

  • .We will not be held responsible for any dog escaping from the field. The client is held responsible for the dog at all times whilst on the property.         

  • When not in the enclosed area all dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.    

  • Harsh handling of dogs either verbal or physical is not allowed.      

  • Only enter the field when the previous customer has exited the field.         

  • Please ensure you have your dog prepared in time ready to exit the field promptly to allow the next customer to enter the field on time.     

  • Any additional over run time must be paid for as an additional slot.      Most of our slots are already booked it is essential you leave on time. 

  • Please arrive on time for your slot as the booking cannot be extended to accommodate this.

  • All dog foul is to be picked up by the dog owner and taken away with you. Poo bags are not provided.   

  • No litter is to be dropped or left in the field, please keep this a clean and safe space that can be enjoyed by everyone.

     

  • The Field ·        

  • The field and perimeter fencing is checked daily to ensure cleanliness and security, if you have any concerns please notify us via email at Doggyvipfield@icloud.com 

  • Users must inspect the field prior to using it to ensure it is suitable to use with their dog(s) ·

  • During bad weather the field will get muddy therefore waterproof boots and suitable clothing are advised.     

  • Please remove all personal dog toys/training aids on exiting the field.    

  • Children are welcome on the field but must be supervised at all times by an adult. Children are not allowed to climb on the obstacles or dog agility

  • On arrival park in the waiting area as shown in the About Fields video virtual meet and greet, wait for the previous customer to vacate, then park in the designated parking special area, it  is the clients responsibility to ensure the gate is securely closed behind them.     

  • All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at the owners own risk, we accept no responsibility for any loss, accidents or damage whilst on the property.      

  • We only hold your contact details in case we have to contact you re your booking.  This information is not used for any other purpose or shared with any other parties.

    Disclaimer

  • We agree to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof the client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against P & S Howard Doggyvipfield. 

  • WE DO NOT Accept any verbal abuse or aggressive behaviour towards ourselves, our staff or other clients. (any verbal/aggresive/ or physical abuse will be reported to the police. 

  • WE have CCTV on our drive in, on all of our yard, dog park, fields entirely covered with numerous cctv cameras some are in hiding... and the shop are all covered by CCTV.. we can and will use any footage if any violation of the T&Cs are to be found, and will be used as evidence.

If you do BOOK 6am or 7am we kindly ask you to text 07889849085 at least the night before and we will provide details for entry to the fields. 

 

New rules.  

. Up to  4 dogs any extra dogs £2 each for 1hr £1 for 30mins. 

. Leave in plenty of time DO NOT start to leave with only 5mins to go! Start to leave with 10mins to go and leave the off loading area with 5mins to go. 

 

 

IMPORTANT

 PLEASE NOTE  

.Stay in your car until the other person has driven out of the off loading area and then drive in to the off Loading area this is shown in the meet and greet video please watch it. This avoids dogs meeting dogs. As some dogs are reactive on the fields. 

Also avoids any cross contamination.

 . You are responsible to collect all your dog excrement on the field for the safety of other users. 

. Use poo bags   We have a zero tolerance policy on POOH BAG IT BIN IT!! WE HAVE CCTV EVERYWHERE. Also balls and toys, we have issues with broken toys left behind and other dogs after your bookings that have choked in the past REMOVE ALL RUBBISH WITH YOU!!!

 

.The field is appointment only and you have exclusive use of the two fields and woodland which is enclosed within the fields, so there are no other people or dogs inside the field or car park while you are using the field.

 

.There are 5-minute gaps between the end and start of each appointment to allow you time to leave before the other person arrives. You must leave the car park before the next appointment start time. You book a 1hr slot, you actually have 55mins to allow for all visitors access. Please note this is a buffer time, if the other person has only left at say 3pm and your booking is 3pm, this is acceptable, the 5mins is a buffer time!! 

 

We do not condone bad language or behaviour towards each other or our staff. You are on CCTV for entry/exit and on the fields. 

 

.If you arrived late you still must leave after your appointment slot is finished. i.e.; you booked a 1pm appointment, you arrive at 1.10pm, you need to be leaving by 1.55pm. 

 

.If you arrive early and see a car in the car park or somebody using the field please remain outside and away from the off loading double gated area. DO NOT INTIMIDATE USERS BY HANGING AROUND THE FIRST GATE OR BEEP YOUR HORN.

 

.Once the field is vacated you can drive to the gate. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU TO ENTER THE FIELD WHEN SOMEBODY IS ALREADY IN IT, EVEN IF THEY HAVE OVERSTAYED THEIR TIME. SOME DOGS ARE REACTIVE TO HUMANS AND MAY BITE

 

.The car area  has secure fencing so once the gate is closed and you can let your dogs out of the car leashed, until you enter the field to let the dog off the leash.  We do have our own poultry near the car parking area, and we require your discretion as to whether your dog may cause harm or jump over the fence to the livestock. 

 

.Please ensure for your own safety that both gates are shut properly and securely. 

 

.The field has fences,  If your dog escapes, they are your full responsibility, with the livestock and public.

 

.Any accident or damage to yourselves, your dogs, or neighbouring livestock is your sole responsibility. 

.Any damage to your vehicles within the grounds of Brook Farm again is your own responsibility, we do not take any responsibility for damage to you, your vehicle, your dogs or anyone else, their vehicle, or their dogs whilst on the land. 

 

.Children are allowed to accompany a responsible  adult over 17 years of age. 

 

PLEASE DO NOT LET CHILDREN CLIMB ON THE AGILITY IT IS FOR DOG USE ONLY>  IF you damage the obstacles or agility your are responsible for replacing or paying for it to be fixed. 

 

Please note  we do require you to have control of you dog within the field.
