Notice: Doggyvipfield  hold public liability insurance in relation to dog walking, and use of our fields,  however we will not be held responsible for any client or pet during the use of our field.

  • We will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, injury or damage or accidents to any personal property, individuals or animals whilst using the field or whilst on the property.

  • By making a booking for our field you are automatically agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out below.  Any violation to these T &Cs will lead to removal of all future rights to use the field and future bookings.

  • This is a strictly no smoking/vaping area – please refrain from smoking/vaping until you have exited the property ·        

  • Please close all gates into the property as well as the dog enclosure.         

  • Use of the field is strictly by pre booked appointment only   

  • Bookings are in 30mins, 1 and 2  hour slots and  can  only be made through the website, click field booking. 

  • All payments are to be made at time of booking through the system– the field can only be used once it has been booked and paid for.       

  • Cancellation: Bookings are non refundable but if cancelled with up to 48 hours notice, bookings can be transferred to an alternative date/time.       

  • Doggyvipfield reserves the right to withdraw permission to use the field at their discretion, Doggyvipfield will not be liable for any other expenses incurred or lost as a result of the withdrawal of use of the field.      

  • No subletting of the field is allowed.     

  • There are  toilets on site.  Although they are locked requesting the key from Doggyvip for use.      

  • Clients must discourage dogs from digging holes, and any resultant holes from your dog(s) must be filled in prior to leaving the field.         


  • Dogs health, Welfare & Code of Ethics ·        

  • All dogs must be healthy and fit . if your dog or any dog it lives with is showing signs of ill health I.e. cough, diarrhea, vomiting, you must cancel your session. We reschedule and not refund.

  • .We will not be held responsible for any dog escaping from the field. The client is held responsible for the dog at all times whilst on the property.         

  • When not in the enclosed area all dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.    

  • Harsh handling of dogs either verbal or physical is not allowed.      

  • Only enter the field when the previous customer has exited the field.         

  • Please ensure you have your dog prepared in time ready to exit the field promptly to allow the next customer to enter the field on time.     

  • Any additional over run time must be paid for as an additional slot.      Most of our slots are already booked it is essential you leave on time. 

  • Please arrive on time for your slot as the booking cannot be extended to accommodate this.

  • All dog foul is to be picked up by the dog owner and taken away with you. Poo bags are not provided.   

  • No litter is to be dropped or left in the field, please keep this a clean and safe space that can be enjoyed by everyone.


  • The Field ·        

  • The field and perimeter fencing is checked daily to ensure cleanliness and security, if you have any concerns please notify us via email at 

  • Users must inspect the field prior to using it to ensure it is suitable to use with their dog(s) ·

  • During bad weather the field will get muddy therefore waterproof boots and suitable clothing are advised.     

  • Please remove all personal dog toys/training aids on exiting the field.    

  • Children are welcome on the field but must be supervised at all times by an adult.


  • The gate code will be sent by email once booking is confirmed.  Please do not share this code with anyone; this code will be changed regularly.

    Parking ·        

  • On arrival park in the waiting area as shown in the About Fields video virtual meet and greet, wait for the previous customer to vacate, then park in the designated parking spacial area, it  is the clients responsibility to ensure the gate is securely closed behind them.     

  • All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at the owners own risk, we accept no responsibility for any loss, accidents or damage whilst on the property.      

  • We only hold your contact details in case we have to contact you re your booking.  This information is not used for any other purpose or shared with any other parties.


  • We agree to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof the client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against P & S Howard Doggyvipfield.
