Service Description
Please note we have turned off the bubble machine due to people leaving on without water and the pump has burnt on twice. It is not in use now. This is for dog wash, bathing only. The use of the Ozone spa treatment, massage, With the chromotherapy lights, and bubbles Self service spa. This is a 45min treatment, with the dog drying dryer. Why not wash you dog in our dog spa, self service. With Our dog shampoo or bring your own. Use of 10mins on top of the 20mins wash time of the dog dryer. Please note we have installed CCTV within the spa room. This is for your safety. Please do not overrun your time. Wash down the bath after use and put any excess hair in the bin. Instructions on the walls are present for the use of the bath and the dryer. Their is a charge for not rinsing off the bath and removing the excess hair. We will sanitise between bookings due to covid. Please note if you overrun we charge a late fee £5 for every 5mins.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling policy; we will charge if not Rescheduled before 48hours of actual booking. When booking you accept our Terms and Conditions & Disclaimer these will be sent out with your booking confirmation email. If you disagree with them please cancel the booking. The field is used at your own risk.
