Service Description

The adventure playground is a secure and safe area, for dogs enrichment. the gate is under a coded gate lock. to gain access please see second email you receive for the gate lock code. max up to 5 dogs. any extra is £1 each dog over 5 dogs. 55 min booking with 5mins change over to next client. A playground for dogs in a 100% eco friendly environment. One bench uses more than the equivalent of 2000 plastic bottles recycled. Dog playground equipment provides opportunities for dogs to do things that they can't do at home. Jumping through a hoop or over a bar stimulates their body in different ways than a normal neighborhood walk. In fact, many dog owners find that their pet's energy goes far beyond theirs.

Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling policy; we will charge if not Rescheduled before 48hours of actual booking. When booking you accept our Terms and Conditions & Disclaimer these will be sent out with your booking confirmation email. If you disagree with them please cancel the booking. The field is used at your own risk.

Notice: Doggyvipfield hold public liability insurance in relation to dog walking, and use of our fields, however we will not be held responsible for any client or pet during the use of our fields, dog park or shop or property..

We will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, injury or damage or accidents to any personal property, individuals or animals whilst using the Dog park or whilst on the property.
By making a booking for our Dog park you are automatically agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out below. Any violation to these T &Cs will lead to removal of all future rights to use the field and future bookings.
This is a strictly no smoking/vaping area – please refrain from smoking/vaping until you have exited the property ·
Please close all gates into the property as well as the dog enclosure.
Use of the Dog park is strictly by pre booked appointment only
Bookings are in 25mins, 55min slots and can only be made through the website, click park booking.
All payments are to be made at time of booking through the system– the field can only be used once it has been booked and paid for.
Cancellation: Bookings are non refundable but if cancelled with up to 48 hours notice, bookings can be transferred to an alternative date/time. The field bookings and park bookings are NOT Transferable! The are two different booking systems.
Doggyvipfield reserves the right to withdraw permission to use the park at their discretion, Doggyvipfield will not be liable for any other expenses incurred or lost as a result of the withdrawal of use of the field.
No subletting of the park is allowed.
Clients must discourage dogs from digging holes, and any resultant holes from your dog(s) must be filled in prior to leaving the Park.
Dogs health, Welfare & Code of Ethics ·
All dogs must be healthy and fit . if your dog or any dog it lives with is showing signs of ill health I.e. cough, diarrhea, vomiting, you must cancel your session. We reschedule and do not refund.
.We will not be held responsible for any dog escaping from the field. The client is held responsible for the dog at all times whilst on the property.
When not in the enclosed area all dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
Harsh handling of dogs either verbal or physical is not allowed.
Only enter the park when the previous customer has exited the field.
Please ensure you have your dog prepared in time ready to exit the park promptly to allow the next customer to enter the area on time.
Any additional over run time must be paid for as an additional slot. Most of our slots are already booked it is essential you leave on time.
Please arrive on time for your slot as the booking cannot be extended to accommodate this.
All dog foul is to be picked up by the dog owner and put in the poo bin. Poo bags are not provided.
No litter is to be dropped or left in the park, please keep this a clean and safe space that can be enjoyed by everyone.
The PARK ·
The PARK and perimeter fencing is checked daily to ensure cleanliness and security, if you have any concerns please notify us via email at Doggyvipfield@icloud.com
Users must inspect the Park prior to using it to ensure it is suitable to use with their dog(s) ·
Please remove all personal dog toys/training aids on exiting the Area.
Children are welcome on the field but must be supervised at all times by an adult.

NO CHILDREN ARE TO CLIMB OR SWING OR SLIDE ON ANY OF THE PARK OBSTACLES OR AGILITY THIS IS SOLELY FOR DOGS
On arrival park in the waiting area as shown in the About park video virtual meet and greet, wait for the previous customer to vacate, then park in the designated parking spacial area. It is the clients responsibility to ensure the gate is securely closed behind them.
All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at the owners own risk, we accept no responsibility for any loss, accidents or damage whilst on the property.
We only hold your contact details in case we have to contact you re your booking. This information is not used for any other purpose or shared with any other parties.

We agree to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof the client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against P & S Howard Doggyvipfield.
