Terms and Conditions for the dog self serve bath/wash.

•  Please note we have installed CCTV within the spa room. This is for your safety.

• Please do not overrun your time.

• Wash down the bath after use and put any excess hair in the bin.

• Instructions on the walls are present for the use of the bath and the dryer.

•  There is a charge for not rinsing off the bath and removing the excess hair.

• Please note if you over run we charge a late fee £5 for every 5mins. 

• We take no responsibility as the legal owner/agent of the above mentioned pet(s), having carefully read and fully understanding this agreement, do hereby waive and release Doggy VIP  and its affiliates from any and all liability of any nature. This includes any injury;; death, sickness or damage you or your pet may suffer during or resulting from these activities. It is understood that dogs. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doggy VIP, from any and all claims due to damage or injury from using the spa. You agree to these T&cs when you book the dog wash.
